We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team!
As a Product Marketing Manager at Kobiton, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our product in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Kobiton's mobile testing platform. This role requires a deep understanding of our target audience, competitive landscape, and our product's unique value proposition. This role is a hybrid role and will be expected to go into the office 2-3 times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for Kobiton's products that resonate with target customers and differentiate us in the market.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality marketing collateral, including product presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, and case studies, to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the tools and training they need to effectively sell Kobiton's products, including sales decks, product demos, and competitive positioning.
- Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate customer advocates who can provide testimonials, case studies, and referrals to support marketing efforts.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Use this data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with demand generation teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and build repeatable programs.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and Canva.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors, using a variety of tools and methods, including Slack, Asana, Basecamp, Productboard, Jira, Clickup, and others.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
